The Professor Peter Olufemi Adeniyi Foundation conducted this comprehensive assessment to understand the current condition of selected public secondary school libraries across South-West Nigeria and identify the interventions required to strengthen them.

The study examined learning resources, library infrastructure, furniture, electricity, digital technology, internet access, staffing, resource management and opportunities for future development.

By presenting clear baseline evidence, the report supports informed planning, strategic partnerships, resource mobilisation and practical action toward modern, student-centred school libraries.
